I have been loving my whole bean purity coffee at home and needed an easy way to enjoy in the office. these have the same great taste and are so convenient for those who spend days in the office! love this product!
Taste is freshly found, but more like a medium roast than a dark roast.

We are sorry to hear you aren't fully enjoying your Purity Coffee purchase. If you do not mind sharing, what is it about the coffee that you are not enjoying? I am more than happy to discuss grinding and brewing adjustments to see if we can work together to get the coffee more to your liking.
What type of coffee is it that you typically enjoy? At Purity Coffee we do not roast too light or too dark as we make every decision based on the health benefits and compounds in the coffee. We want to be sure you are getting as many antioxidants as possible in your final brew. A potential carcinogen, PAHs (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) begin forming the longer and darker you roast coffee, so we stop roasting short of when those form. For that reason, Ease would not be as dark as something like a French or Italian Roast.
In general, if the flavor is tasting weak/sour, try adjusting the grind slightly finer. If the flavor is tasting too bold/bitter, adjust the grind slightly coarser. A minor grind adjustment will have a huge impact on the end resulting brew. We recommend two tablespoons of ground coffee for every 8oz cup of water used to brew.
